Clock gadget windows 7 disappeared

05/10/2012 · Original title: My Windows 7 Ultimate was just updated (again) and the gadgets disappeared from the screen. How/where do I get them back? I really want calendar and clock back Yesterday!! I have attempted to right click on the desktop/per the instructions on line/ and got nothing in return. I still cannot drag my gadget of choice to the desktop.

The other day my analog clock on my desktop (windows 7) disappeared. I right click on an empty space on my desktop and select gadget, then click on the clock, but nothing happens. I can add the other gadgets…calendar, weather, etc….but not the clock.
